Breakfast area is comfortable and food quality is fairly good though variety is not enough. Room is clean and looks quite renovated.
Only one staff works in the hotel reception. No room service to look after in this case. Shower power and pressure is not high enough. Most hotels misunderstood that less shower head power saves water but in fact it creates the opposite problem: a waste of water instead. Because it takes much longer time to finish a shower. According to my experience on those 25 countries' traveling experience. For those with good shower head and power, it takes only 10-15 minutes to finish washing head and body. But for those with poor shower head power /pressure, it might take at least 30 minutes or even 45 minutes to finish washing head and body. So, we should suggest all hotels to adjsut shower head pressure to be high enough, so as to save water and save the earth!

The Staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are good size and very clean. Its very close to the bus and train station too and in very convenient location. They provided me with English tea which was not easy to find in the cafeterias.

Friendly and accommodating staff made my stay at Cristallo fantastic. They provided me with a map of the city and gave great recommendations on what to see and do. The rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was nice. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

The hotel's staff is very polite, giving, while an excellent service. Definitely the capucchino prepared for breakfast (which is included in the price of the room) was not only very good, but the presentation was beautiful. The room was very clean and very comfortable. Like the bathroom, which was also spacious. Although the area of the train station (like any train station area) unites people rather peculiar, the hotel's location - for someone without a car - is excellent, well served with small restaurants and near by The Freccia Rossa Commercial Center. Also, is relatively close to turistic's attractions; served with taxis and pretty much all the buses lines.
Unfortunately, and this is not the fault of the hotel, there were a number of tenants who did not have the slightest respect for the repose of other persons staying (the classic rednecks that give the sensation of traveling for the first time), slamming doors, loud conversations (in the hallway). On the other hand, I would suggest the hotel to put a carpet in the hallway in order to reduce the noise produced by the suitcases being pushed by the occupants of the hotel while enter and leave their rooms

It is near the bus and train station.
The bathroom (WC) smelled very bad. The noise from the outside is very high.

I was pleasantly surprised by the location of the hotel, just a few minutes' walk from the train station. The neighborhood felt safe and had plenty of restaurants to choose from. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms were unique and different from other hotels I've stayed at, which was a refreshing change. The breakfast each morning was simple but enjoyable. I would definitely consider staying at this hotel again when visiting.

Very handy for the station (and easy to find), and about 10 minutes walk to the city centre.
I was in room 108 (not that the door was numbered). Ye gods! At first I thought it was simply in a run-down state, with horrible old and wrinkled wallpaper. Then I realised that the room was probably intended to look like that - the same wallpaper covered the floor as well, and surely no-one would pay someone for hanging paper so badly unless it was intentional? I've never seen the inside of a sensory deprevation cell run by a cash-strapped dictatorship, but it probably looks like that room. Perhaps the hotel aimed to have some kind of k3wl "designer" room, but they couldn't afford a decent designer so it just looks like a run down cell?
